Diagnostic Orders Direct provides $40 virtual provider reviews for diagnostic imaging, EKG, and lab order requests when medically appropriate. DOD is not an imaging center, laboratory, emergency service, or replacement for ongoing care. Available in 30 approved U.S. states.

How to Get an Imaging Order Online

Schedule a virtual provider review, submit your symptoms and medical history, and receive your diagnostic order when medically appropriate — typically within 1 business day. No in-person appointment required. Licensed providers. Available in 30 U.S. states.

Online Diagnostic Order Services

MRI Order Online — Brain, spine, joint, and body MRI orders from a licensed telehealth provider. Facility acceptance varies.
CT Scan Order Online — Head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis CT scan orders with or without contrast. Facility acceptance varies.
X-Ray Order Online — Chest, extremity, and spine X-ray orders. Facility acceptance varies.
Ultrasound Order Online — Abdominal, pelvic, and vascular ultrasound orders. Facility acceptance varies.
EKG Order Online — 12-lead EKG orders for cardiac evaluation. Facility acceptance varies.
Lab Order Online — Blood panels, metabolic, thyroid, and hormone lab orders. Facility acceptance varies.
