1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of diagnosticordersdirect.com (the "website") and the services described on it. The website and clinical service are operated by Diagnostic Orders Direct, a division of Glow Oversight PC ("Diagnostic Orders Direct," "DOD," "we," "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate consents you give in the clinical workflow (through our scheduling/intake platform) govern the clinical care itself; these Terms are intended to be consistent with, and do not override, those clinical consents.

2. Who We Are; Who We Are Not

Diagnostic Orders Direct is not an imaging center, laboratory, radiology group, insurer, or pharmacy. It facilitates a virtual provider review of diagnostic-order requests; the imaging or testing itself is performed by independent third-party facilities that set their own pricing, scheduling, and acceptance policies. 3. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

• Clinical services are available only to eligible patients who are physically located in a supported U.S. jurisdiction at the time of the medical encounter. This website is informational and viewable internationally, but the clinical service is U.S.-jurisdiction limited.
• You must provide accurate, complete information in the clinical intake; the provider relies on it
• The website is not directed to children, and the clinical service is intended for adults except where the clinical practice's eligibility policies expressly provide otherwise, including applicable parental or guardian involvement

4. The Clinical Service — What Your Payment Covers

• The $40 fee compensates the licensed provider for the virtual review of your diagnostic-order request. It is a payment for a provider evaluation, not the purchase of an order.
• An order is issued only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate. Payment for a provider review does not guarantee that an order will be issued.
• Facility charges (imaging, lab, radiologist, contrast, and related fees) are separate from the $40 provider review fee unless expressly stated otherwise, and are set by independent facilities.
• If the provider determines an order is not medically appropriate, the review fee covers the evaluation performed. Refund decisions are made case by case under our actual business practice; contact us at Customerservice@diagnosticordersdirect.com with any billing question
• Facility acceptance and scheduling policies vary. Patients should confirm acceptance with the imaging center or laboratory before scheduling.

5. Telehealth Acknowledgment

The provider review is delivered by telehealth. Remote evaluation has limitations: the provider cannot physically examine you, and relies on the information you submit. In some cases the provider may determine that in-person evaluation is required before an order can be considered. Electronic communications can fail or be delayed. These Terms do not replace the informed-consent and telehealth acknowledgments you complete in the secure clinical workflow (IntakeQ), which control in the event of any inconsistency about clinical care.

6. Emergencies

Diagnostic Orders Direct is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. Do not use this service for urgent or life-threatening symptoms, and do not wait for a website or provider response in an emergency.

7. Website Content

Content on this website, including guides, blog articles, FAQs, and education pages, is general educational information only. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reading it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Content may not reflect the most current medical evidence. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any content, and we may change or remove content at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information through the clinical workflow
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, or data; do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the site
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Do not include sensitive medical details in the general contact form — clinical questions belong in the secure clinical workflow

9. Intellectual Property

The website content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit content without written permission. Fair use with attribution is not affected.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The site links to and relies on third parties: the IntakeQ scheduling/intake platform, payment processing, imaging and laboratory facilities, and other websites (including our footer's sister sites, which are separately operated and not part of this service). We do not control third-party sites or services, are not responsible for their content, pricing, or practices, and their own terms apply. No patient information is passed to those third parties through this website's links.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Cookie choices are yours to make — rejecting optional cookies does not affect your ability to use the website.

12. Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or clinical service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the site or service, including the supported-jurisdiction list, as clinical and operational needs require.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. See also our Medical Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party facility charges, scheduling, insurance decisions, or medical outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms and any dispute arising from the website are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, consistent with the location of the business. Clinical care is governed by the laws and licensing rules of the provider's jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where the patient is located at the time of the encounter. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires another forum.

16. Severability, Entire Agreement, Changes

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, the policies referenced in them, and the clinical consents you give in the intake workflow together set out the agreement for the website and service. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
