1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using diagnosticordersdirect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Cookie Policy

We use two categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the website to function properly. These cannot be disabled and do not store any personal health information.
• Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics): Used to understand how visitors interact with our site using anonymized data. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is collected. You may decline these without affecting site functionality.

3. Service Limitations

Diagnostic Orders Direct provides virtual provider consultations for the purpose of requesting diagnostic imaging and lab orders. An order is not guaranteed and is issued only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate based on your submitted information.

This service is not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for urgent or life-threatening symptoms.

4. No Diagnosis or Treatment

Diagnostic Orders Direct does not diagnose, treat, or interpret imaging or lab results. The provider consultation is limited to evaluating the appropriateness of a diagnostic order request.

5. Privacy & HIPAA

Any health-related information you submit through our intake forms is handled in accordance with applicable telehealth and privacy regulations. We do not sell your personal or health information. Analytics cookies do not collect or transmit any PHI.

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell your data.

6. Pricing

The $40 fee covers the virtual provider review only. Imaging center, lab, radiologist, contrast, and facility fees are separate and vary by provider. Diagnostic Orders Direct is not affiliated with any imaging center or laboratory.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
