Family History Factors Reviewed
First-Degree Relative Cancer History
Parents, siblings, or children with cancer — especially at younger ages — are the most clinically relevant family history. Type of cancer, age at diagnosis, and bilateral occurrence are all considered.
Hereditary Cancer Syndromes
Known or suspected genetic mutations (BRCA1/2, Lynch syndrome, CDH1, PALB2, ATM, Li-Fraumeni) may qualify patients for established enhanced screening protocols.

Annual breast MRI + mammography starting at 25–30 (risk-dependent) per ACS/NCCN guidelines

Lung Cancer (LDCT — high-risk patients)
